On Monday near an entrance to the Allen Premium Outlets mall in Allen, Texas, Citaly Ramirez reacts as she visits a memorial for victims of Saturday's mass shooting. Ramirez said she was working in a store when the shooter ran past. Students planned walkouts across the state for this afternoon. The student walkout was organized by gun-safety activist group Students Demand Action and was set for noon.
